I took a sleeping pill last night before I went to bed and as I was lying there looking around my room, everything started to come alive. I found myself talking to my coats on the back of my door and everything. My pig teddy was alive so I brought him into bed with me hahah weird shit. Looking forward to see what happens tonight.

It’s been almost a week since i tried to do it. 45 wasn’t enough. Sadly they just made me fall asleep for ages. Since then i’ve been cooped up in my house not going into school, not going outside only when i have to see my psychologist or my doctor. Haven’t spoken with anyone.
